The common objective of this project’s actions is to give visibility to Italian agro-food production Districts through a coordinated action and a communication strategy aimed to spread the knowledge of the many excellent products of the Italian agro-food sector, in particular their quality and versatility.

The aim is to encourage good consumer behaviour as a way to assure a quality supply, and this is possible through the integration of all involved production chains. The final aim is to allow economic development for the enterprises operating within the involved Districts, with the inevitable spin-off effects that will benefit all our territorial communities.

The project is funded under decree law by the Ministry of Economic Development of 28 December 2007 (tender notice published on the Official Gazette of the Sicilian Region (GURS) Part II of 14/01/2011).
